How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow 3 weeks for delivery after we receive your order, stock permitting. Customisation – If you require the addition of a pocket, sleeve shortening or monogramming on a shirt, please allow an extra week for delivery.

Please note, we are unable to provide this service during our exceptionally busy sale periods. Usually your order will be delivered before 5.30pm on the next working day providing the order is placed before 1.00pm (Saturday is not a working day). Orders placed after 1.00pm Monday to Friday, or any time on Saturday or Sunday or a Bank Holiday will be delivered within 2 working days.If you require customisations please do not select registered delivery. Once your order has been placed, you can keep track of its progress online. Once logged in, please view your order in your order history and the status will be displayed.

Can I return an item I purchased/received?

Our 3 month no questions asked policy means that you can return your purchased/received items to Vous even after it's been worn and washed for an exchange or a full and immediate refund.

What if i have filled wrong sizes?

Our blue penciling department comprise of highly trained and expert tailors who recheck the sizes provided by each customers and verify them. If they find any discripancy in sizes an urgent email is sent back to the customer for reconfirmation and the order is held untill the confirmation arrives.

How to check the status of my order?

A user name and password is sent to your email address once you place the order. Once you are a user then you don't have to punch your sizes and prefernces again and again. Our intelligent system remembers your preferences as you just have to log in.
