- Semua Item Sale/ Promo tidak dapat di kembalikan kecuali ditukar dengan size berbeda atau gift voucher.
- Merchandise harus dalam kondisi asli. (Item harus dalam kondisi sempurna, belum dipakai, dicuci, atau Diubah.)
- Merchandise harus memiliki semua label internal utuh.
- Item pada promosi terbatas-waktu atau dibeli dengan kode voucher diskon tidak memenuhi syarat untuk pengembalian KECUALI dinyatakan.
- Merchandise harus dikembalikan dalam waktu 30 hari setelah barang diterima. Jika lebih dari 30 hari kami tidak menerima refund/ exchange.
- Ongkos pengiriman barang sepenuhnya ditanggung oleh pembeli.
- Untuk pengembalian dana/ refund penuh, item tersebut harus dikembalikan dalam waktu 30 hari dari tanggal Anda menerima item. (Pengembalian penuh akan diproses melalui transfer bank/ proses refund credit card)
- Jika lebih dari 30 hari akan dikembalikan dalam bentuk voucher toko (gift card) sesuai nominal belanja anda via email.
- Cottonology akan memproses kompensasi jika mengikuti semua syarat dan kondisi di atas.

Return and Refund eligibility:
- All Discounted items/ promo items are not refundable but exchangeable with another size or gift card.
- Merchandise must be in original condition. (The items have to be in perfect condition, haven't been worn, washed, or altered.)
- Merchandise must have all internal labels must be intact.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns, except sale denim jeans, which are available for size exchanges only.
- Items on limited time promotions or purchased with a discount voucher code are not eligible for return unless stated.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days after the item received.
- For a full credit card refund, the item must be returned within 30 days from the date you received the item. (full refund will be processed via bank transfer)
- For more than 30 days, all return items will be refunded in store credit.
- Cottonology offers a store credit refund, eligible up to 30 days after being notified by email.
- Cottonology will process the compensation only when the return is following all above conditions.
When will I receive my refund?
- Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. (Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.)
What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
- Contact our customer service or email us email@example.com, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible. Cottonology reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Can I exchange my products?
- Yes, you have two options:
- FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR COLOUR, as long as it is the same price, no additional payment necessary.
- FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM, cottonology.store will issue a refund and you can purchase a new item in store.
If you wish to exchange an item from home, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online.
How long do I have to make an exchange?
- All exchanges must be made within 30 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.
